How it Works
Describe Your Vision
You'll have an online consultation with our Stylist to discuss your dream space. Bring any and all questions, ideas, and inspirations; the more you share, the better your final result will be!
Your budget is the most important part of your design project: there's no point in creating a space you can't afford, right? During your initial call, inform the Stylist of your desired budget. If you have no idea what your budget should be, don't worry: all Virtual Interior Styling packages come with budget analysis included. After your initial consultation, the Stylist will develop 3 suggested budgets for you to choose from. Or feel free to use the suggested budgets as a springboard to come up with a budget you feel more comfortable with.
Custom 3D Renderings
After your initial consultation, our Stylist will present you with 4-6 High Definition 3D renderings of each room you want transformed. Each rendering will be of your custom design; you'll have the opportunity to make changes to the renderings so you get the space(s) you want.
Each designed room also comes with decorating instructions when necessary (i.e., how to apply special paint finishes, how low to hang lights, how to create DIY/custom pieces, etc.). You can use the directions yourself or hand them to the contractor of your choice.
Curated Shopping List
You have the option to get a curated shopping list of everything in your design, saving you hours (days?) of shopping time. Just purchase what you need from the shopping list and get started!
The shopping list will be curated based not only on your design, but also on the budget you set, ensuring that you can fully execute your dream room.
Post-Design Support
Our Post-Design Support service is the perfect way to ensure your beautiful new room comes to life. All of our Virtual Interior Styling packages come with 1-4 weeks of follow-up support to help you execute your new design. With our free Post-Design Support service, we make sure your dream room becomes a reality.
Optional Contractor List
For those who aren't excited about the idea of painting walls, hanging wallpaper, or whatever else might be needed to complete your design, you have the option to add a contractor list to your package. The contractors will be selected based on the specific needs of your project and your location.
(Contractor costs are not included in your project budget. Client must hire and pay all contractors directly. Ares Design Studio makes no guarantees as to the quality, performance, and/or reputation of any contractor. (This is standard practice, but important to note.)
Need a Bit More Help?
Need help from the Stylist while you're putting your space together? Would you like to have them handle certain parts of your project, like managing your contractors or project schedule? Or maybe you just have a few extra questions that you forgot to ask outside of your free support window? You can pick up the Design Advice service at any time, and ask the designer whatever you need to.
Design Advice can be purchased by the hour if you just need a few quick questions answered, or in 4-hour blocks for larger needs.
